In other news, I've been getting some writing done on the next H.E.R.O. novel (H.E.R.O. - Gene Front).  Also, my torn left deltoid muscle is grumpy today after shifting my chest press to doing them higher on my chest today.  (Not sure what I was thinking when I set the bar location, but my mind was definitely somewhere else.)
